Shipping policy

All Hatstart orders are fulfilled by our partner Printful, who ships from multiple locations within the European Union. This ensures smooth and reliable delivery across the EU.

Fulfillment & Processing
Once your order is placed, production starts right away, usually within a few hours. Most orders are ready to ship within 2–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipping. In total, you can expect your order to arrive in around 7 business days. Please note that exact timing may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. If you’re outside the EU and want to place an order, email us at info@hatstart.com.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to activate.

Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please contact us at info@hatstart.com. We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to sort it out.

Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
